Yolanda Fernandez

My work consists of managing in an integral, E2E way, the full lifecycle of IT projects with maximum expertise and focus on OpenText projects (analysis, planning, follow-ups, etc.) and on defining and implementing technological solutions aligned with the needs of the organization and our clients. I lead the ECM team that enables the achievement of the objectives set in the projects, fostering collaboration among everyone to meet expectations with quality and on time.

What motivates me most about my work is continuing to evolve day by day and providing support so that both client and team are aligned according to business objectives.

I love taking care of my people, if they are happy, I am great as well. They are my driving force in life. I have been a very active person since I was very young. At school my colleagues used to call me "a bundle of nerves" because I never stopped. =D

I love traveling and I am passionate about the sea, walking along the shore, enjoying small but meaningful moments.
