My job consists of comprehensively managing, E2E, the complete life cycle of IT projects with maximum expertise and focus on Opentext projects (analysis, planning, monitoring, etc.) and on defining and implementing technological solutions aligned with the needs of the organization and our clients.

I lead the ECM team that makes it possible to achieve the objectives set in the projects, promoting collaboration between all to meet, with quality and on time, the needs of customers through direct dialogue, agreeing on aspects such as the functional and technical scope of the project, mitigation of blockages and risks, etc.

What motivates me most about my work is to continue to evolve day by day to be able to provide a comprehensive vision of projects both to our clients and internally and to provide support so that the client and team are aligned, ensuring that the entire end-to-end cycle is in line with business objectives.

I love the closeness with the team and with the customer since both parties are beneficiaries of success.
